Child-Care Allowance

Child-care allowance will be paid to the parents/guardians who raise the school children until they graduation from junior high school.

【The Allowance】

0 to 3 years old 15,000 yen per month

3 to 12 years old 10,000 yen per month

13 to 15 years old 10,000 yen per month

The amount of allowance will vary in correspondence with the income of the recipient.

Please ask your local government.

The payment will be transferred to the account you have chosen.

If you would like to apply for financial aid for schooling, please go to take a procedure at the child benefit section in the parent and child support department at your local government.
